What is Contingency Recruitment?

It’s quite simple really. It means No Fee when there’s No Hire.  This means that iLink Global is compensated for the investment of time, energy and money put into the search only when a candidate we represent accepts a position with our client.

This typically comes into play when iLink Global is selected as part of a competition pool to recruit alongside HR Departments, other recruitment agencies and direct applicants.

How Does It Work?

iLink Global Recruiting Inc. “uncomplicates” the recruiting process because we know that at the end of the day, you just want the Right Candidate in place on the Target Hiring Date.  So here’s a timeline of what you can expect upon engaging our recruiting services.

Our Recruiting Fees

We charge a one-time placement fee to the Employer.  This is equivalent to a minimal percentage of the annual income of the candidate hired.

On special cases, we can agree on a flat fee regardless of how much salary the candidate ends up accepting.

We provide a guarantee such that if the candidate does not work out, a replacement candidate will be provided at no additional cost to the Employer.
