- New Immigrant to Canada: The initial concern that immigrants approach us for is their resume. They would like for us to review and revise them according to Canadian standards. It does not end here though, because some immigrants do not know where to start with their job hunt and oftentimes need guidance on this aspect as well. The biggest issue however lies in the interview front. We work very closely with newly landed immigrants so that they gain the confidence and develop the necessary soft skills in order to be considered for a position.

But the problem is when the time comes that they have to look for one, they wouldn’t know what to do and where to start. - Too Long in Previous or Current Position / Want to Transition to Another Industry: This is the most challenging for us because we work with the job seekers in reinventing themselves in order to fit into another company or industry. This process takes longer than most because it is essentially overhauling your professional profile and selling it to a different market altogether. It is challenging but extremely fulfilling!
- Recently Laid-off: Getting back on your feet is extremely difficult after a lay-off. It is probably one of the hardest things you will ever go through. We have helped a lot of job seekers get their groove back on and get excited about working again!
