The study to determine if the company is indeed in need of a new employee must be carried out.  A recruitment budget must be determined.  The job description must be created, and a search for possible candidates is then launched. This whole process, as you might have guessed, takes time. Only that the best candidates do not have all the time in the world. The best candidates must have applied to multiple companies and are just waiting for the best job offer to arise.

Outstanding candidates will not wait for a long time.  The recruitment process for your company must be improved to make sure you do not lose the good ones. Delays and indecisiveness are the two main reasons why organizations lose those sought after candidates. Thus, these two must be highly avoided as much as possible.

Keep Them Warm

An effective recruitment agency is decisive, quick and knows just what to do in these circumstances. The best ones train their every recruiter to be proactive, and to know how to keep the excellent candidates interested in your position. They also brief their clients about the candidate’s background and give them recommendations as to why they are a great fit to the position.  The company should also be honest enough to say if a candidate is the right choice or if they should move on and consider another one. This capacity to give helpful advice is not always present, though. In today’s influx of ineffective recruiters, an organization has to be really keen and careful about choosing one.
