Ria has 8 solid years of experience in agency recruiting operations. She built the Life Sciences & Healthcare Division of her former firm from the ground up. With her leadership, the company partnered with local and international organizations for extremely difficult search mandates. She has literally searched the world for hard to find candidates! About 10 years prior to this, she was Director for Business Development for a Contract Sales Organization, providing third party sales teams to multinational pharmaceutical companies.
