Controller – HVAC Manufacturing (London, ON)
Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year + excellent benefits

Are you an experienced financial leader with a passion for driving business growth? Our client, a market leader in residential and commercial HVAC systems, is seeking a Controller to join their team in London, Ontario. This is a high-impact role overseeing financial operations across North American business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.
- Oversee audits, insurance renewals, and cash flow management.
- Support ERP implementation, reporting tools, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Commerce, Business Admin, or related field.
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
