Heavy Duty Mechanic $40-48/hour (Prince Rupert)

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM, occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

1- Undertake the preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and infrastructures

2- Ensure the timely and effective repairs and adjustments related to industrial equipment

3- Fabricate parts for industrial equipment

4- Register maintenance information using the appropriate systems

5- Provide thorough and accurate feedback to all departments regarding pending maintenance

6- Actively manage the inventory of available parts and components.

Qualifications

• Certified Heavy Duty Mechanic
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
